Can I try a hairstyle before cutting my hair?
Yes, that is what it is for. Upload a clear photo, pick a style such as a bob, pixie cut, curls, bangs or braids, and a colour if you like, and you see the same face with the new hair. It is a preview, so treat it as an idea to take to your hairdresser, not a promise.
Can I only change the hair colour?
Yes. Leave Hairstyle on Keep my style and pick a colour: honey blonde, platinum, brown, jet black, copper red, pastel pink, silver, blue or balayage. You can also describe any style or colour in your own words instead.
Which photos work best?
One person, facing the camera, with the hair visible and not covered by a hat or cut off by the frame. Group photos and hair hidden behind a hood give weaker results, and you still pay for the run.
Does this one upload my image?
Yes, and that is the difference between the AI tools and the rest of the site. AI Hairstyle Changer runs on ImgVX AI, our own server-side image models, which cannot run in a browser, so the image is sent to our server, processed and returned. It is deleted after processing and is never used to train anything.
