Last updated: 23 October 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using ImgVX AI. By accessing our website and tools, you agree to comply with these terms.

Who we are. ImgVX AI (imgvx.com) is operated by Ismail Farooq, a sole proprietor based in Lahore, Pakistan ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@imgvx.com.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using ImgVX AI (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Free Use & License

Every tool on ImgVX AI is free of charge, with no account, no sign-up and no usage limit, and every download is full resolution with no watermark (see why it is free). You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide license to use the tools for personal, educational, non-profit and commercial projects.

3. No Accounts

You do not need an account to use ImgVX AI, and none can be created. Accounts made before 23 October 2026 are no longer used; their holders can ask us to delete them by emailing support@imgvx.com.

4. Paid Plans (ended)

Pro subscriptions and credit packs were sold through Creem until 23 October 2026. Nothing is sold any more; everything they paid for is now free for everyone. Purchases made before then are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. User Content & Intellectual Property Ownership

You keep all ownership and intellectual property rights you have in the images and files you process through ImgVX AI. You may use your edited images for personal or commercial purposes, as long as you have the rights to the source image and any people in it.

ImgVX AI asserts zero ownership, copyright, or moral rights over your uploaded or edited content. Because every tool runs locally in your web browser, your files are never transmitted to our servers, and we have no database to store them in and no way to see them.

6. AI Tools

Tools marked with an AI badge run open-source AI models on your own device. The models are published by their authors under open licences (such as MIT, Apache 2.0 and BSD) that allow this use, and are downloaded to your browser the first time you use a tool. AI results can be imperfect: check them before relying on them, and read any generated alt text or description before publishing it.

7. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

Your use of ImgVX AI must follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: only open images you own or have permission to edit, and do not use ImgVX AI, and in particular its AI tools, to create, edit or share:

• Sexual, nude or sexually suggestive content of any kind, including “undressing” or altering the clothing of a real person to reveal their body.
• Any content involving the sexualisation or exploitation of minors. We report such content to the authorities.
• Edits of a real, identifiable person without their consent, or content that shows a real person in a false, embarrassing or harmful way.
• Deepfakes, impersonation, fake identity documents, or images meant to mislead people, commit fraud or spread disinformation.
• Images that infringe someone else’s copyright, trademark or other rights, including removing or hiding watermarks, logos, signatures or copyright notices from images you do not own.
• Harassment, hate, threats, violence or graphic gore, or content that is otherwise illegal.

You also agree not to scrape the site or run automated traffic that overloads it.

We deliberately do not offer tools that generate images from text or that change people’s faces, bodies or clothing. To report misuse or an image that infringes your rights, email support@imgvx.com; we review reports within 48 hours.

8. Third-Party Advertisements & Links

ImgVX AI displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and affiliate recommendations via Amazon Associates. We do not control or endorse the content, policies, products, or services offered by third-party advertisers or external websites linked from our pages. Your dealings with advertisers are solely between you and the third party.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL TOOLS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ACCURATE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL IMGVX AI, ITS FOUNDERS, OR OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE IT AROSE. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS RIGHTS YOU HAVE UNDER CONSUMER LAW THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED.

11. Suspension & Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may block access for anyone who breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and will change the “Last updated” date above when we do.

13. Governing Law & Inquiries

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore, Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
