Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 5 October 2026. This policy applies to everyone who uses ImgVX AI, with or without an account, on free or paid plans. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. What ImgVX AI is for

ImgVX AI is a set of image editing tools: resizing, cropping, compressing, converting, retouching, and AI tools that remove backgrounds, upscale, erase objects, colorize and enhance photos. Every tool works on an image you open; it runs on your own device and your image is not uploaded.

ImgVX AI does not generate images from text prompts, and it has no face-swap, deepfake, “undress”, body-editing or face-editing tools. Requests for such features will not be built.

Text moderation. Text you type to be drawn onto an image, in Add Text to Image, the Watermark Tool and the Meme Generator, is screened by the Content Moderation API of Creem, our payment provider, before it is added. Text that breaks this policy is refused and never drawn. Only the text is checked; the image stays on your device.

2. Only edit images you have the right to edit

Open only images you own, or have permission to edit, and only edit photos of identifiable people with their consent.

3. Prohibited content and uses

You must not use ImgVX AI to create, edit, download or share:

• Sexual content: nudity, pornography or sexually suggestive images of any kind (NSFW content), including altering a real person’s clothing or body.
• Child sexual abuse material or any sexualisation of minors. We report it to the authorities and the relevant reporting bodies.
• Deepfakes and impersonation: images that put a real person in a situation that did not happen, imitate someone, or are meant to deceive.
• Fraud: fake or altered identity documents, IDs, passports, licences, receipts, invoices, certificates or screenshots of payments; images made to scam or mislead people.
• Disinformation: altered news, political or event photos presented as real.
• Infringement: images that violate copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights, including removing or hiding watermarks, logos, signatures or copyright notices from images you do not own.
• Harm: harassment, bullying, hate, threats, extremist material, graphic violence or gore, or content promoting self-harm.
• Anything else that is illegal where you live or in Pakistan.

4. Accounts, credits and the service

• One free trial per person. Do not create extra accounts to collect more trial credits.
• Do not get around credit checks or download limits, resell access to your account, or share one paid account between unrelated people or businesses.
• Do not scrape the site, run automated traffic that overloads it, probe it for vulnerabilities without our permission, or interfere with other people’s use of it.
• Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

5. Enforcement

We can remove trial credits, suspend or close an account, and refuse future purchases when this policy is broken. Credits removed for a breach are not refunded. Where the law requires it, we report illegal content to the authorities.

6. Reporting

To report misuse, or an image made with ImgVX AI that infringes your rights, email support@imgvx.com with what you found and where. We review reports within 48 hours.
