Choosing the right tool
Look inside an image instead of editing it. Read EXIF metadata to see the camera, the date and whether GPS coordinates are embedded (and strip them before posting), pick exact colours for a design, check a histogram for clipped highlights, or pull the text out of a scan with OCR. These tools are useful before you publish a photo, because metadata can reveal more than the picture does.
Every tool is 100% free, with no sign-up and no login. AI tools, which also run on your device, are marked AI.
