Can it recover detail that is not there?
No, and anything that claims otherwise is guessing. An upscaler predicts what a plausible higher-resolution version would look like based on what it has seen before. That works well on faces, text and clean edges, and poorly on fine texture. It is not a way to read a blurry number plate.
Does this one upload my image?
Yes, and that is the difference between the AI tools and the rest of the site. Image Upscaler runs on ImgVX AI, our own server-side image models, which cannot run in a browser, so the image is sent to our server, processed and returned. It is deleted after processing and is never used to train anything.
What does it cost?
85 credits per edit, bought in credit packs or via our monthly pass. Credits do not expire, and a failed edit is refunded automatically.
